Hikers should be hiking fit. All medical conditions such as asthma
and heart conditions, etc. should be disclosed.

Comfortable, worn-in hiking shoes, rain jacket, extra warm clothes
in your day pack.

Deposit:
20% on
confirmation and balance two weeks prior to the trail.
Reservations
should be made at least 2 weeks prior to walk to allow time for
arrangements.

When booking for a party of guests, please get each member of the
party to supply details of their specific interests, dietary
requirements, fitness levels etc. either through the use of the
quote/booking form or via email. This will allow us to ensure that
everyone has the best possible experience.
If
hikers prefer to have a mountain hike included, it could be done
instead of the normal Day 2. (Additional cost for transport.)
